The First Argument Workshop focuses on taking the negative framework out of the couple's first argument and using it as a point of entry into a deeper, more intimate relationship with one's partner. This technique is also effective with parents and children, friends, and co-workers. In the workshop, we examine the first argument for information about hooks, repetitive patterns, and ultimately a technique for change. Using Sharon's book The First Argument, participants come away from the workshop with new insights and techniques to use for themselves and others.
Workshops are open to the general public: anyone interested in intimate relationships including individuals, couples, families, Marriage Family Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Physicians, Nurses, and Social Workers.
